Our organization is seeking a Casual Disability Support Specialist to provide support to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility support
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
* Collaborate with the support team to promote independence and empowerment among clients
This role requires a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where our staff can grow and develop their skills. This includes providing training and opportunities for professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
