Join the Team at Kiama Golf Club – Receptionist (Part time, 15–20 Hours/Week) 
Kiama Golf Club is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our club. This part time role offers 15–20 hours per week and is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a agile environment and interacting with members and guests. 
Responsibilities 
Apply and enforce club policies regarding dress code, age, residence, and entry requirements 
Accept payments for memberships, functions, and ticket sales 
Reconcile daily POS sales 
Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries 
Record bus bookings and manage membership enquiries 
Redirect calls to appropriate departments 
Maintain and update the Ebet membership system 
Monitor and respond to club emails 
Assist in maintaining the club website 
Coordinate club advertising (in-house and external) 
About You 
Excellent communication and customer service skills 
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reconciliation 
Familiarity with membership systems (Ebet experience a plus) 
Basic website and email management skills 
A team player with a positive attitude
