About the Role:
Talent Mode's Defence Consultancy are seeking Systems Engineer to support engineering and configuration management activities across Air Force, Navy and Army Systems. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and System Managers, you'll help ensure engineering artefacts, certification activities, and configuration controls are developed, maintained, and delivered in line with Dept and SPO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain engineering artefacts for CAF16 Systems, including the SEMP, TCP, and supporting technical documentation.
* Provide engineering and configuration management guidance to the CAF16 Engineering Manager and System Managers.
* Develop, review, and maintain capability engineering requirements and procedural documentation.
* Act as a key interface between the Engineering Manager and System Managers, contributing to systems engineering, technical certification, and system integration documentation.
* Assist in preparing for Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) Engineering Review Boards (ERBs).
* Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of vendor engineering documentation submitted to the Commonwealth.
