Responsibilities:

* Referrals to Psycho-Social Support Services
You will be an integral member of the Wangaratta Community Mental Health Team, working closely with other clinicians to provide continuous and effective care for clients. Strong communication skills are essential, both verbally and in writing, to articulate client needs and advocate during multidisciplinary team meetings.
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* Current Registration with AHPRA
* Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Ability to Articulate Client Needs and Advocate During Multidisciplinary Team Meetings
* Participation as Part of a Team and Assist in Providing Continuous, Effective Care for Clients
