The Front of House staff are the face of the business. They are responsible for creating the customer experience and ensuring the sequence of service is executed professionally and accurately. They must be engaged with all areas of the business, including menu knowledge, dietary knowledge, events and promotions, and the overall running of the cafe. The more advanced staff will be competent on the coffee machine, and assist the Supervisors in the training and supervision of junior staff.

* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong intra-personal skills
* Excellent knowledge and execution of the order of service
* Delivery of food and drinks to the table promptly and accurately
* Clear and clean tables as required
* Greet all customer with fast, friendly, personalized service and develop a genuine rapport with customers.
