Essential Responsibilities:
* Operate a Learning Management System or provide system administration duties to ensure seamless delivery of digital learning content.
* Assist with the administration of digital learning solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Provide helpdesk support, monitoring system performance, and responding to user queries in a timely manner.
* Develop and maintain effective written communication skills to create engaging content for various channels, including social media and multimedia platforms.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and contribute to team success.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience using Acorn learning management systems is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with learning content providers such as LinkedIn Learning would be advantageous.
