Job Title: Inventory Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Inventory Technician to provide order management expertise and support the Company's growth trajectory at Ethos Cannabis.

Responsibilities
* Fulfill outgoing orders with high accuracy
* Conduct intake of finished goods into inventory
* Effectively utilize state-mandated point-of-sale software and other computerized systems for inventory management and order fulfillment
* Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
* Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures
* Participate in staff training and maintain product and industry knowledge
* Assist with deliveries of inbound raw materials
* Strive to continuously improve workflows and physical organization
* Maintain organization of storage areas
* Transporting cannabis products to dispensaries and Wholesale customers as needed
Qualifications
* Valid Driver's License
* High School degree or equivalent required
* Data entry experience required
* Experience in warehouse inventory control or related area helpful
Capabilities and Skills
* Cannabis experience and knowledge preferred
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Above average math skills
* Ability to focus with high-level attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
* Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
Other Requirements
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for a distance of 50 feet
* Ability to spend extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching
* Must pass stringent State background test requirements
