Eye Care Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Eye Care Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
* Meet and greet patients with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all individuals who visit us.
* Manage administrative duties, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
* Assist patients in selecting appropriate frames and sunglasses, taking into account their visual needs, prescription requirements, and personal style preferences.
* Offer professional advice and recommendations on lens options to optimize vision and enhance the overall eyewear experience.
* Conduct frame adjustments, repairs, and minor maintenance to ensure optimal fit and comfort for patients.
* Coordinate with external suppliers and manage inventory control to place and track orders for lenses, frames, and other eyewear accessories.
* Collaborate effectively with optometrists, support staff, and other team members to deliver seamless patient care and satisfaction.
