Lead Nurse Position
About the Role:
The Clinical Lead Nurse provides expert nursing leadership in a dynamic environment, overseeing patient care and mentoring junior staff. This role demands exceptional clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for advancing healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
* Mentor and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and other non-registered personnel to enhance their skills and confidence.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to service standards and occupational health and safety policies.
* Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory for this position.
* Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
