Care Management Role
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical care delivery team at St Catherine's Aged Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient outcomes while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to clinical staff to drive positive resident outcomes.
* Act as second-in-charge to the Residential Manager, contributing to strategic and operational planning.
* Promote a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on infection prevention and control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a residential aged care setting.
* In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC assessment processes.
* Strong clinical expertise and understanding of age-related health issues.
* Proven ability to coach, influence, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
