Geelong owned and operated, market-leading Powder coating and Sandblasting company, seeking an Admin/Reception person.
Working hours from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday 38 hours per week.
You will be situated in our reception area and greet customers as they arrive in our showroom, and be the primary person answering phones and taking messages for other staff. It is important you are friendly and personable.
You will also perform a number of administrative tasks which contribute to the operation of the business which include:
* Processing of customer and supplier orders
* Scanning/uploading of completed factory and delivery documentation
* Data entry and status updates within internal systems
* Procurement of job materials and office supplies
* Preparation of delivery documentation and schedules
* Email/phone correspondence with clients and suppliers
* Processing walk-in sales (Square Terminal POS)
* Use of work vehicle on some occasions
* Other tasks as required
The ideal candidate would possess a high level of attention to detail and quality, be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn about all aspects of our business, with the aim to provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience within a manufacturing business would be preferred, but not essential.
