Our client is one of the largest growing companies nationally. They design and deliver an extensive range of security and fire system solutions across large scale projects.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Security Key Account Manager to help them reach the next level of success in the ANZ market. This role acts as the conduit for client success, where you will work closely with sales and technology teams to provide ongoing support established customers and identify growth opportunities to increase service offerings.
This will require you to:
* Actively engage with a large customer base to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with sales to close deals.
* Bring new product offerings to existing customers to create upsell opportunities.
* Be a point of contact for clients, giving them access to support, or product teams to ensure any matters are quickly escalated and resolved.
Ideally you will have:
* 3-5+ years of proven experience in account management, customer service or sales support.
* Proven ability to develop strong relationships and create account growth opportunities.
* High energy personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong commercial mindset with experience in the technology or security sector.
