Senior Conveyancing Role Overview
This position involves attending to the various steps and requirements associated with buying and selling land for the Crown and instrumentalities. The role requires effective documentation management, thorough property title investigations, and accurate drafting of vesting instruments.
* Preparing all necessary documentation for acquisitions, purchases, mortgaging, or disposal of land
* Conducting thorough property title searches and verifications
* Drafting and finalizing vesting instruments accurately
* Attending property settlements efficiently
* Ensuring timely registration document lodgement (where applicable)
* Hold a Diploma in Business Administration or Legal Services
