Job Title: Corporate Governance and Policy Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance and Policy Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, policy development, and implementation.
* Develop and maintain organisational policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, and programs to support our corporate governance framework.
* Undertake projects on corporate, governance, and compliance issues, providing expert advice and recommendations.
* Assist with developing change management and staff communication strategies, including stakeholder consultation processes.
* Contribute to effective management of the business unit's resources and information, including risk management, business continuity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of corporate governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance and best practice.
2. Provide technical expertise on corporate governance, policy development, and implementation.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
4. Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to corporate governance and policy.
