Our Defence asset management program provides whole of life asset management services to a significant Defence fleet of equipment that enables capability across the Australian Defence Force.
Working closely with the Aerospace Support and Test Equipment (ASTE) Engineering and Product Support Teams, the Senior Team Leader Supply Chain leads a team of Asset Coordinators responsible for strategic asset management activities in support of achieving contracted fleet capability and availability outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage Asset Coordinators
- Oversee Application Support Engineers
- Ensure effective communication and reporting with program management
- Initiate, drive and contribute to the delivery of Program Efficiency Services.
- Provide ILS reports from Inventory Management Systems to identify performance trends and institute rectifications as appropriate.
**Skills, Experiences and Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Management, Logistics or Supply Chain, or Certificate 4 in Supply / Logistics and / or Procurement related training and equivalent work experience, and
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a sustainment / support program or Supply Chain management role.
- Exposure to a Defence sustainment program.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance.
