Administrative Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and communication within our organization.


About the Role

* We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage the movements of field service technicians.
* Responsibilities include generating invoices, filing documents, performing photocopying, scanning, and assisting technicians in recording client damage.
* The ideal candidate will also coordinate spare parts and service scheduling, perform general office administrative duties as required.
* They will answer phone calls and liaise with sub-hire companies and clients.

Key Requirements:

* A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
* Intermediate knowledge of general IT packages and the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
* Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
