**What you will enjoy doing**
- You build trust relationships with your clients by listening to their needs, identifying suitable product solutions, talking them through product benefits
- Furthermore, you strive for continuous improvement in customer service
- Building strong collaborative relationships with customers, team and BOC departments such as Commercial, Customer Service, Credit and Asset management, CES and Distribution and Marketing
- A Natural negotiator is typically who you are
**What makes you great**
- Sales experience or a desire to start a career in sales. Previous gas sales is advantageous however full training will be provided
- Furthermore, you are a strong collaborator with sound negotiation skills that adds value to improving profitable growth in sales targets and cost budgets
- Fostering internal / external customer relationships
- Your presentation, written and verbal communication skills captivate your internal / external stakeholders and you easily gain buy in
- Savviness with computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP, and CRM's (SAP & CRM beneficial but not necessary)
- You hold a current driver's License - essential

Based in NSW, our new Territory Manager will grow our business across the assigned territory through increasing market share, managing safe, efficient operations and driving exceptional customer experience.
You will manage a portfolio of nominated customers within your territory, prospecting business opportunities within existing customer accounts whilst also signing new gas customers to supply agreements. Your strong track record of BDM sales will hold you in good stead for this role.
