Pay Range

Responsibilities
* Act as an effective support conduit between on-site Residential Managers, other General Managers and Support Service functions.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Ability to manage change.
* Drive achievement of all residential compliance standards such as Accreditation, WHS and Hospitality Standards.
* Lead projects / Support sites throughout the regions.
* Consistently demonstrate and role‑model a high performance, outcome‑focused approach.
* Maximise revenue (AN-ACC) and minimise costs.
* Develop, coordinate and implement each home’s training and development.
* Develop and maintain an effective, empowered and efficient team to meet the key result areas of the For Purpose Aged Care strategic plan.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar multi‑site role.
* Residential Management experience in the aged care industry and familiarity with the regulatory framework.
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting the aged care sector.
* Excellent people management and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff.
* Highly developed leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to act as a positive role model for staff.
* Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
* Ability to provide staff training, mentoring and coaching.
* High level interpersonal, written, presentation and negotiation skills including ability to liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to embrace technology.
* Current AHPRA registration (RN) (ideal but not essential).
