About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing & CX team at our Cannon Hill Head Office.
This is a hands‐on coordination role supporting our websites, online campaigns and CRM/email activity. You'll play a key part in keeping content, campaigns and agency work delivered cleanly, accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating website content updates across our website and digital platforms.
* Own campaign landing pages and associated content (such as our I‐Venture Club), keeping agency work progressing within scope and timeframes.
* Assist with optimisation activity and produce basic performance reporting.
* Executing email marketing activity (strategy, build and send), including unsubscribes and list management.
* Providing general digital marketing coordination, administration and support.
About You
* 2+ years' experience in digital marketing or within a digital agency environment.
* A sound understanding of digital marketing and user experience principles.
* Experience coordinating multi‐channel digital campaigns.
* Strong written communication skills (briefs, creative/technical feedback, post‐campaign reporting).
* Strong project coordination skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
* Experience with website content management, CRM, Google Analytics are highly beneficial but not essential.
