Our ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy services, with expertise in resolving medication-related issues and optimising medicines management.
A key aspect of this role is participating in ward rounds and planning meetings to ensure seamless care delivery. Additionally, the successful applicant will undertake medication reconciliation, provide medicines information and education, and assist with discharge planning.
The pharmacist will also contribute to pharmacist, intern, and student education programs, as well as participate in clinical pharmacy research projects and present at professional conferences as appropriate.
