The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new customer offering.
This is a senior individual contributor role — you won’t have direct reports, but you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving execution, and uniting diverse teams behind a high-profile launch. You’ll thrive here if you’re energised by zero-to-one challenges, instinctively zoom out to see the full picture, and bring clarity to complexity.
What You’ll Do
* Own the path to launch: Align multiple workstreams (digital product, operations, marketing, brand, supply chain) to deliver a successful market entry.
* Drive product-market fit: Post-launch, lead rapid iteration and testing to improve customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
* Champion customer outcomes: Embed insight, experimentation, and quality into every decision.
* Be the connector: Act as the glue across a lean squad and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum.
* Prioritise ruthlessly: Balance long-term strategy with pragmatic execution under tight timelines.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience shipping complex, customer-facing products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
* Strong launch or scale-up experience, ideally having worked on zero-to-one products or new business lines.
* Ability to bring structure and clarity to messy problems, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
* A customer-first mindset, comfortable using data and research to drive insight-led decisions.
* Comfort flexing across digital and operational challenges — from funnel optimisation to campaign readiness.
* Natural communicator with the ability to influence without authority.
