Key Role:
The Regional Manager will play a pivotal role in driving profitable expansion across the NSW region, while maintaining operational preparedness for our customers.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in key account management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. This individual will have the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire their team members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
* Proven track record in key account management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Able to bring out the best in people, fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
* Strong analytical and commercial background in reviewing major customers.
* Previous experience in fire, rescue, safety, or medical will be highly advantageous.
