Consultant, Delivery Lead – Know Your Colleague Program (12‐month Fixed Term Contract)

As part of the People & Culture team, you will support the Know Your Colleague (KYC) program, driving risk management, business analysis and program delivery.

Responsibilities

* Translate business needs, regulatory obligations, and risk requirements into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for delivery across the KYC program.
* Partner with the Program Manager, Delivery Leads, Risk, P&C, Technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit‐for‐purpose, compliant, traceable, and aligned to NAB frameworks, policies, and ways of working.
* Ensure the scope, processes, data, controls, and business outcomes are clearly defined, documented, validated, and delivered.
* Support solution design review to maintain requirements registers, change logs and traceability matrices.
* Support testing activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), requirements validation and defect triage.

Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Delivery Lead in a risk‐management and/or compliance‐focused program.
* Proven success delivering large‐scale programs or regulatory initiatives within a complex, regulated organisation.
* Exceptional experience working within risk, compliance or control‐heavy environments.
* Ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into business and functional requirements.
* Knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks, governance and risk‐management processes.
* Experience with HR, identity or people‐related data sets.
* Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and business process re‐engineering.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and analytical problem‐solving skills.
* High attention to detail and documentation quality coupled with a continuous improvement mindset.
