**About the Opportunity**

In this vital non-clinical role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality patient care by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients, equipment, and essential items throughout the hospital. Both permanent and casual positions are available, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include transporting patients via bed, trolley, or wheelchair, assisting with patient positioning using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment, and supporting nursing staff with the transfer of patient belongings. You'll also be responsible for transporting documents, specimens, and equipment, as well as performing primary cleaning of spills, managing waste and linen disposal, and maintaining oxygen and suction equipment supplies. **What You'll be Doing**
To provide non-clinical support to complement the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient care. This includes: transporting of patients, couriering of items, episodic cleaning, restocking, and assembling of equipment set-ups.
