Hillcrest Christian College is a private, interdenominational, co-educational, day school with over 2,000 students (Pre-Kindy to Year 12) located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Hillcrest Christian College operates two vibrant Early Learning Centres (ELCs) located at our Reedy Creek and Mudgeeraba campuses. Both services are committed to providing nurturing, play-based learning environments that support the holistic development of children in their early years. Our Early Learning Centres are an integral part of the College community, fostering strong relationships with families and aligning with our Christian values.

The position:
Due to ongoing growth in our Early Childhood Centres, the College is seeking to appoint Early Childhood Assistants, and Outside School Hours Care Educators.
Diploma qualified Educators highly regarded but positions are open for Certificate qualified applicants or those working towards. Early Years work available across both campuses, Reedy Creek and Mudgeeraba, if desired.
Outside School Hours Care Educators to assist during both after school term-time and during school holidays in our vacation care program. Prior experience as RP (Responsible Person) highly regarded.
Both roles are casual and immediate starts. Educators must have current first aid, CPR and Blue Cards.
