Workvivo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our employee engagement platform. The ideal candidate should understand sales processes, be curious about customer motivations, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively showcase our offerings. Each potential customer represents an opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

What we're looking for
* 6-18 months experience in SaaS sales as a Business Development Representative
* A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Experience communicating with C-Level executives via phone and email
* Structured and organized approach
* Comfortable with processes and navigating ambiguity as we continue to grow
* Ability to explain ideas and processes to business decision-makers and champions
* Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach
