Job Role
This position oversees daily operations, including earthworks, pipe fitting, drainage, and paint and blast. Responsibilities include conducting pre‑starts, toolbox meetings and safety checks, promoting a strong safety‑first culture, overseeing quality control and adherence to site and project specifications.
Requirements
* Proven leading hand or supervisor experience (Schedule 26 desirable).
* High Risk Work Licence (EWP), Working at Heights, Confined Spaces.
* Pass a pre‑employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment.
* Previous experience in civil and construction management desirable.
