Durablend is an Australian company specialising in contract Food liquid and Powder manufacturing. We manufacture for many of the leading brands and supermarkets.
About the position:
Due to rapid growth, Durablend is looking to bring onboard multiple Production Operators within our production team. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to work and have a positive attitude.
We are searching for individuals to start work ASAP, up to 38 hours a week across 3 production shifts
We also offer the opportunity to become a Permanent member of the Team, after an initial contract period
We are looking for individuals who have worked in a food environment, understand HACCP and GMP requirements
An extra bonus if you have machine operating experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull & pack products based on daily orders
- Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems and safety issues
- Meet specific customer order in a timely manner
- Ensure work areas are kept neat, tidy & well organised
Shift times:
- Morning Shift: 7:06am - 3:06pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:06pm - 11:06pm
- Night Shif: 11:06pm - 07:06am
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1-year experience working in a process-based role
- Working within & complying with occupational health & safety guidelines to ensure safety of others and yourself
- Strong attention to detail
- Available Monday to Friday
- Physically fit to perform all duties (E.g. lifting 10-20kgs)
- Be able to follow strict processes/instruction to ensure our high-quality standard is maintained
