About the Role
The Board is seeking a second appointed director to assist in stewarding and governing Engineers Australia as it undergoes significant business and digital transformation. This role will also support the Board in steering strategic initiatives showcasing engineering's critical contribution to Australia's economic future.
Key Responsibilities
* Transformation Experience: overseeing large-scale business and digital transformations at Board or CEO level.
* Strategic People and Culture Change: contemporary knowledge of workforce and volunteer management models in membership organisations or those with a significant volunteer base.
* Economic Outlook and Positioning: understanding capital markets, particularly institutional investment, and the future value of engineering in the Australian economy.
Personal Attributes
In addition to the above skills and experience, desirable personal qualities include leadership, integrity, curiosity, courage, interpersonal skills, communication skills, passion, enthusiasm, instinct, and an active network of senior-level contacts.

Term and Remuneration
An initial term of 2 years with potential for re-appointment by the Board. Market remuneration is offered for this role.
