About The Company
A leading HVAC‑services company with more than 30 years of experience in servicing and installing building systems, and provides full heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.
They have a solid pipeline of projects lined up for 2026 across education, defence, commercial, and infrastructure upgrades. Project values range up to $20m. Some projects are through builders and some with direct end‑user clients, where you’d be acting as the principal contractor.
What Your Day Looks Like
* Oversee day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
* Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on‑site challenges as they arise.
* Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
* Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
About you
* Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager delivering large‑scale projects from start to completion.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning within commercial environments.
* Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
* Solid understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards in the building services sector.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem‑solve and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
