**Your new role**
Your new role will involve being:
- First point of contact
- Managing a high volume of client enquiries
- Customer service
- General administration support to the wider team
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience within a customer service role in either the hospitality or hotel industry
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work full time Monday - Friday.
