**About the Role & Store**:

- Are you ready to help others see the world more clearly?_ Come join the Marion store as their next Retail Assistant/Co-ordinator! This store is busy, with a collaborative and fun team who love to provide the best outcomes for their patients.

In this role, you will be a vital part of our sales and customer journey through supporting our Optometrists in the pre-testing phase of our appointments.

You will have a varied role that is focused on:

- Be the connector between our front of house retail team and the Optometrists, making sure all pre-testing is done quickly and to a high level of standard
- Occasionally answer the phones, supporting with booking in and changing appointments
- Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey, being able to work under pressure
- **You must be available for these days: Monday 9-5:30pm, Tuesday 9-5:30pm & Thursday 9-6pm**

**Skills and Experience**
- _Enthusiasm:_ Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye care
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- _Practical Abilities_: Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience will be highly desired, however **full optics training will be provided**!
