At Plot works, we deliver quality civil and landscape projects across Adelaide and take pride in doing things properly. We're looking for an experienced Estimator who understands how projects are built, not just how they're priced.

What You'll Be Doing
* Pricing civil & landscape projects from first take-off to final submission
* Reading drawings and specs without needing a translator
* Chasing suppliers and subcontractors (politely, but persistently)
* Spotting risks, gaps, and opportunities before they turn into headaches
* Working closely with PMs and site teams to make sure numbers match reality
* Helping shape smart, buildable, competitive tenders

What We're Looking For
* Solid experience estimating civil and/or landscape works
* Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, concrete, pavements & landscaping
* Someone who's detail-driven but still sees the bigger picture
* Organised, deadline-friendly, and commercially switched on
* Can explain numbers without putting people to sleep
