In this position you will be the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries to the Waverley Facilities team, responding directly or forwarding customers on to the responsible officer. The Facilities Administration Officer is also responsible for providing efficient and effective operational support to the Facilities Maintenance team.
If you have high-level computer literacy across the Microsoft suite and databases, previous experience in an administrative role, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills, then this is the job for you
