Job Overview
The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Control project progression, developing and maintaining construction programs using ASTA software.
* Drawing and Specification Understanding: Familiarize yourself with drawings and specifications for works, ensuring all aspects are correctly executed.
* Health and Safety Management: Develop and implement a site Health and Safety Plan, managing all onsite activities to ensure a safe working environment.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure excellent quality assurance plans are developed and maintained by delivery managers and supply-chain.
Key Requirements:
* Able to represent the company as the primary point of contact for the project.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and supply-chain.
* Effective communication skills, including regular updates and site visits.
* Able to monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful completion.
