**About the role**
- Fulltime hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Providing excellent customer service to our existing and new customers
- Parts interpreting and processing sales and enquiries
- Providing accurate quotations, invoices, and dispatch notes for parts supply
- Promoting and upselling of all products
- Controlling inventory and processing internal sales
- Processing Sales orders, generating quotes and sourcing sales support tools to assist customer enquiries
- Following customer orders from start to finish
**About you**
- Strong customer service, communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- A friendly and positive attitude
- High level of computer literacy and ability
- Open drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a busy environment
- Previous experience in spare parts interpreting for both truck and trailer is desirable
- Familiarity with parts inventory / catalogue systems
- A good mechanical aptitude with precise attention to detail
