Programme Overview As part of this programme, you will focus on two areas: Study for a degree in Business Leadership and Management Practice at Northumbria University. The module breakdown can be found here. Study towards a professional qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Apprentices will join our Consulting Service Delivery (CSD) team in Newcastle. CSD specialises in operational delivery – supporting competencies such as financial crime, conduct risk and transformation. In a project‑based environment, you will work alongside a range of EY people to assist clients with their processes. What You Will Be Doing Working on a range of projects for clients, helping them assess, transform and monitor their risks and controls. Working within a team on client projects, meeting daily targets, contributing during team meetings and working towards your personal development. Studying towards a degree – approximately 20% of your time will be spent on learning activities and 80% on client engagements in our Newcastle office. You’ll learn in‑person at Northumbria University one day a week whilst studying towards your degree during term time, with additional study days to support continuous learning throughout the year.
