**The Company**
Australia Wide Personnel are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our client, who are a global systems and solutions provider for the aseptic packaging industry across Australia and around the world. This role is predominantly based in the Central Coast, but occasional travel to Sydney will be required. **The position requirements include, but are not limited to**:
- Act as the main contact for technical issues & conduct root cause analysis to improve customer KPIs and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and regulations
- Lead & support subordinate team members and coordinate resources to efficiently resolve plant reliability and maintenance issues
- Manage working hours, invoices, and financial results in alignment with company policies
- Create documentation for transparency and support in customer meetings
**To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:
- An Electrical or Mechanical trade or engineering qualification essential
- Proven experience in an FMCG or similar high speed manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading teams & managing customers requirements
- Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement & actioning responses
- A team player with a professional, positive, self motivated and proactive attitude is essential
- Strong communication, good administration, accounting & presentation skills
