Rehabilitation and Medical Nursing Opportunities
We are seeking experienced nurses to manage patient care in a dynamic rehabilitation/medical ward environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing your own patient load with confidence and efficiency.
* Providing high-quality patient care, including medicating, ADL's, admission and discharge processes, and documentation.
* Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
You will have the support of the Nurse Unit Manager and Department Manager, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
