About the role and team
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our Perth office.
In this role you will lead a high performing Office Services team made up of the service hub (mail room), front of house (reception and catering), and national switchboard. You will ensure that the Office Services team provide prompt, efficient and reliable service to ensure the smooth running of our Perth office. This role will also focus on continuous improvement of each function within Office Services.
There are over 140 people in our Perth office and we are continuing to grow. You will have the opportunity to work closely and build strong working relationships across the office.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the day to day running of the Perth office onsite;
* Supporting the Perth Office Partner in Charge;
* Managing the Perth Office Services function;
* Responsible for managing the Perth Office budget, processing and approving any office invoices for payment;
* Working with building management team on services, security, and access to the building;
* Continually communicating building and precinct activations, social events and processes in the Perth office;
* Liaising with employees and partners in relation to urgent requests and ensuring that these requests are dealt with/ completed in an appropriate manner;
* Continually reviewing processes and procedures to ensure best practice;
* Conducting training and providing continual supervision of direct reports;
* Liaising with suppliers and ordering office supplies for the Perth Office;
* Being the first point of contact for critical incidents for the Perth office;
* Arranging flowers and gifts for partners and employees; and
* Project work as required.

* Similar experience ideally in a professional services environment;
* Service focused approach;
* Excellent organisational and planning skills;
* Strong interpersonal skills;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail;
