Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Qualified Installers/Factory Workers to join our team at Aspire Joinery Tasmania. Based in Launceston, TAS, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality joinery products for residential and commercial projects across the region.
Employment Type
Employment Type: Full-Time preferred, but we're flexible! We're offering a Full-Time position; however, we are also happy to hear from contractors, or those interested in part-time or casual work.
What you\'ll be doing
* Accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling joinery components in our production facility
* Carefully installing completed joinery items at customer sites, ensuring a professional and seamless finish
* Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and installation techniques
* Safely operating machinery and power tools in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support efficient production
* Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality outcomes
What we\'re looking for
* Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with customers and colleagues
* A flexible, team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure
* A valid driver\'s licence and your own reliable transport

Working hours
Our operating hours are:
* Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm
* Fridays 7am - 1pm
