About the Leadership Role
This senior position provides key support to the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, team performance, and customer experience. You will be a hands-on leader who ensures the store runs efficiently, safely, and effectively.
* Support day-to-day store management
* Develop, lead, motivate, and mentor the team
* Maintain high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, and safety
* Oversee inventory levels, stock routines, and deliveries to optimize efficiency
* Verify accurate transactions and cash handling at the point of sale
* Operate fuel consoles, food preparation areas, coffee bars, and lottery terminals
