About the role
You will be assisting with live and online events of up to 2500 people, all around Australia. A passion for project management and enthusiasm to hit the ground running is essential.
The role will primarily focus on coordinating event logistics for our podcast and webcast programs but the need to be across and coordinate other areas of events may be required.

Essential criteria
* Excellent organisation and time management skills to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and event support related tasks
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable and capable of ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
* Strong work ethic and able to exercise high level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
* Clear desire to learn, understand and grow while being adaptable to changes
* Personable and friendly manner (customer service and a positive workplace environment is very important to us)
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
* 2-3 years' experience in an events environment with some direct responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Day to day tasks vary but will include:
* Liaising with and coordinating recording sessions with speakers
* Communicating and coordinating with event venues
* Assisting in the development of event documentation
* Coordinating with external suppliers
* Booking interstate travel arrangements
* Assisting with digital education for the fortnightly webcast program
* Travelling to interstate events to assist with logistics, speaker and sponsor coordination
* Stocktaking and ordering event collateral
Salary + Benefits
* $70K – $90K + super (final salary dependent on experience)
