Make an impact at Serco
This is a highly trusted Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO for Asia Pacific and working closely with the Chief of Staff. You'll sit in the room for senior executive discussions, manage complex global logistics, and hold the flow of information that enables confident decision-making. The role combines strategic awareness with exceptional execution, supporting a fast-moving agenda across Australia, Asia and global markets. You'll also lead the Executive Assistant community across the region, setting the standard for high-quality executive support.
As an Executive Assistant in the CEO Office, you'll make a positive impact by:
* Enabling the CEO through diary, inbox and travel management across multiple time zones
* Preparing high-level reports, agendas, presentations and briefing materials for decision-making
* Coordinating executive forums, leadership events and cross-regional initiatives
* Managing highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
* Organising high-profile leadership events, conferences and townhalls
* Leading and coaching the Executive Assistant community across Asia Pacific
