**About the role**:
This is an exciting and varied Office Administrator role reporting to the Corporate Services Manager. Working in a team of 5, you will be there to support with everything from Travel coordination to filing to client liaison.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant documents as required.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel or providing necessary information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, initiatives, and events.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, demonstrating proficiency in various administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work undertaken.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
