Job Description
* Analyse technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Experience with D365 Finance is mandatory
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to support technology‐driven initiatives.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance.
* Assist in the development and enhancement of technology processes within the property industry.
* Provide detailed documentation and reporting for technical solutions and processes.
* Support the implementation of new software and systems as needed.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Analyst should have:
* A strong understanding of technical systems and processes relevant to the property industry.
* Proven experience in analysing and solving technical challenges.
* Knowledge of modern technology tools and platforms used in property management.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‐based environment.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and document technical requirements clearly.
