Your New Role
As the result of increased demand for our services and company growth, we are now seeking a Finance Business Partner (Oceania). Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A this role will be responsible for the financial delivering high-quality financial analysis and insight across operating expenses and labour in a complex, multi-site catering environment. The role partners closely with operational leaders to understand performance, challenge cost drivers, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. Being a highly capable analyst with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive performance across the business.
Your Key Focus Areas
* Lead detailed, data-driven analysis of operating expenses and labour costs across multiple sites, identifying key drivers, trend, and performance gaps
* Deliver high-quality, structured analysis that clearly articulates "what's driving the numbers" and where action is required
* Build, maintain, and continuously improve robust financial models and spreadsheets that are logical, transparent, and user-friendly
* Ensure outputs are accurate, well-structured, and easy to interpret
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes for labour and OPEX, ensuring assumptions are well-tested, clearly documented, and aligned to operational realities
* Own the monthly flash process, providing regular updates on risks, opportunities, and expected outcomes
* Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across multiple catering sites, building strong relationships and delivering clear insights to support decision making
* Translate complex financial data
* Proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities across labour and OPEX, ensuring early visibility and clear mitigation plans
* Continuously improve reporting and analytical processes to enhance usability and impact
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's Degree – in Finance / Accounting, Business
* CA/CPA certification or equivalent
* Minimum of 8 years' experience working as an Accountant, preferably with large organisations
* Previous management accounting experience including profit and loss analysis and KPI analysis, within manufacturing, supply chain management, airline / airline catering industries would be preferred
* Experience within a multi-site operationally complex environment preferred, with manufacturing, supply chain or aviation-related industries a plus although not essential
* Experience with SAP and HFM or similar financial systems preferred
* Advanced Excel skills including strong financial modelling capability is required
* Ability to present financial data and scenarios clearly in PowerPoint, tailored to different audiences
* Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills
* A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills with a result driven approach
