Growth & E-commerce Manager

We are looking for a Growth & E-commerce Manager to own performance across growth channels and the online store. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, site performance, and revenue, turning campaigns and traffic into consistent, scalable growth.
This is a hands-on role with clear ownership. You will be responsible for setting direction and making sure it is executed properly.
Growth and Performance
* Own the growth strategy across paid channels and the e-commerce funnel
* Define testing frameworks, creative direction, and scaling logic
* Set performance targets and track core metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CVR, and AOV
* Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
* Work closely with founders and operations to align growth with inventory and campaign cycles
E-commerce and Retention
* Own the Shopify store experience, including PDPs, checkout, bundles, upsells, and conversion optimisation
* Work with creative and external partners to ensure campaigns are translated effectively on site
* Build and manage email and SMS flows using Klaviyo to drive repeat purchase and AOV
* Improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value alongside traffic growth
Who You Are
* Experience owning growth and e-commerce performance, ideally within a DTC brand
* Comfortable managing strategy while staying close to execution
* Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics, and retention tools
* Able to work fast in a founder-led environment with high standards
* Commercially minded, proactive, and accountable for outcomes
