The Role
One of Australia’s leading Commercial teams is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join a busy practice. 
Supporting a friendly Partner and their team of Lawyers, you will gain hands-on experience on matters including mergers and acquisitions, financial services, intellectual property and governance with Australian and international clients. 
Duties 
- Draft legal documents and other formal correspondence 
- Manage diaries, including organising CPD seminars, firm functions, travel and accommodation
- Complete billing and cost disclosures 
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries and take preliminary instructions
Skills & Experience 
- At least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously problem solve 
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic practice
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
