Job Title: Client Experience Officer
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Client Experience Officer in our Kununurra base. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that our clients have an exceptional experience with our wide range of bucket list experiences in the East Kimberley.
* Operate at the forefront of customer service, managing all aspects of the reservations experience and providing operational support for fixed-wing flights.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge of all tours and accommodation offered by various operators in the region.
* Maintain accurate booking details and communicate effectively with Tour Hosts and drivers to ensure seamless departures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Collate and develop daily reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to be self-motivated and work without supervision.
* Approachable and friendly, with a can-do attitude.
* Aviation experience is preferred but not essential.
